Every four years when a presidential election takes place, the votes casted by millions of Americans are counted, but not in the way that you may believe. Therefore, the best way to change our current electoral college system is to implement the district system in all states. The district system would be the best plan to be put into place in order to make a compromise between keeping and getting rid of the electoral college.
